Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

All items are made to order and/or custom, therefore we cannot offer refunds once an item has been cut or a custom item has been designed.

Refunds are not given for postal delays.

If an item is damaged in transit, please send clear images of the damaged item, as well as the packaging. An insurance claim will be filed and items will be replaced.



Most orders are shipped in approximately 2-5 business days.

Orders are shipped via First Class or PriorityMail. If you would like a different service, please contact us prior to ordering. Additional charges will apply.

We must be informed of any shipping damage immediately or we cannot file a claim.  Please check your merchandise upon arrival. We will replace items damaged in transit via standard shipping, but will not be responsible for overnight fees. If you require expedited shipping, you must pay the difference for upgraded shipping.

First class and Priority Mail transit times are estimates, and NOT guaranteed. Once an order is shipped, we have no control over delivery time. Refunds are not given for postal delays.

Please check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for packages that are not deliverable due to address errors. If a package is returned to us and you would like the package reshipped, you will be responsible for shipping charges.

Additional shipping charges may apply to AK, HI, and Canadian addresses.
